Shipping Information-Your order will usually be shipped within 2 working days. I use recycled boxes, peanuts, bubble wrap and filler when packing my products for shipment so there is no additional cost to you. You will be charged exact shipping charges only.
Returns/Refunds-I know my products are excellent quality and that you will be pleased with them but if for some reason you feel the need to return anything you can do so for a refund of the purchase price-the shipping costs will be your responsibility. Country Lane wants you to be very satisfied with your products. Please use the above address to contact us or to return products.
Freshness Policy-My products are made in small batches to ensure freshness. Most products are usually in stock but if for some reason we’re out of a product, we should have fresh made within a couple of days. Soaps do take longer to cure, but if there’s going to be a delay in shipping we will notify you immediately.
Gift Sets-We do put together special gift sets containing our soaps and other beauty products. If you’d like something special made up, just give us a call or email with the type of container you’d prefer (flower pot, box, kitchenware-such as casserole, etc.) and the products you’d like. We’ll even enclose a card and ship it to save you time.
Email Policy-We make it a point to answer our emails within 24 hours. However, there are times when an email may wander around in cyberspace and not make it to it’s destination. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please email again.
